Dear reader,
I just finished designing the first letter in what I hope will become a slow, reflective series—letters about art, inspiration, thoughts, and everything in between.
I wrote and designed it from scratch (I’m into graphic design & art), and I'd love to create one every month, with different themes and inspiration for you, art based.
The first one reflects on Ripley/Caravaggio, light and shadow, photography, and the strange fluidity of identity. There’s only one thing missing: someone to send it to.
So, this is a small invitation. Would you like to receive real mail from a real person?
I’m a 33-year-old artist (recently graduated art academy, finally with some time again) and I’d love to start an art/letter project. Something slow and analog, inspired by the 2LY Letters from Colorama. (Look it up!) I’m not ready to put my own address on the internet (do you?!), but if you’re open to sharing yours, I’ll send you a letter. If you’d like to write back, email would be perfect (for now, until I find a better solution).
